Tuan currently leads Amazon’s 3P Consumables Recruitment and Development team focused on bringing new brands and their selection to the store. In the past three plus years he has worked closely with internal stakeholders to launch well-known brands such as Victoria’s Secret and Lancôme along with emerging brands such as Lemme and ZOA.
Prior to this role Tuan spent two years on the Amazon Physical stores team leading their store expansion and then three years with the Amazon Locker team leading their business development efforts. Before joining Amazon, he started his career with PepsiCo working through numerous roles from sales to finance to project management and five great years with Starbucks working on their Licensed Stores business. Outside of work Tuan enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife and two teenage boys going from baseball games to family hikes with some golf and pickleball mixed in.
