Meeta Kratz serves as the Global Vice President of Strategic Growth & Revenue Management in Lonza’s Capsules and Health Ingredients (CHI) Division. She oversees strategy, product management, digital channels, omni channel marketing and revenue enablement across the Capsule and Health Ingredients (CHI) business. Prior to joining Lonza in February 2023, she has held various senior marketing positions. At ThermoFisher Scientific, she was an integral part of the leadership team of Fisher Healthcare Division managing strategy, commercial omni channel marketing, data science and digital commerce. In addition, she led cross-functional and multi-disciplinary teams at Brady Corporation, Zebra Technologies, Labelmaster and W.W. Grainger, where she drove significant growth across digital, sales and distributor revenue channels.
Meeta is a graduate from Kettering University with a bachelor’s degree in engineering and she also earned her Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Gies College of Business at the University of Illinois. She is an accomplished public speaker who enjoys sharing her passion for growth and revenue enablement and has been featured at key industry conferences across the United States. She also brings her passion for building businesses and helping women advance in business through her involvement in several organizations, including Leading Women Executives and DePaul University’s Marketing Advisory Council. She is the mother of identical twins and resides in the Chicagoland area.
